While temporary, such small temperature increases can greatly impact your quality of life. Fortunately, cooling vests can help to maintain your core body temperature, prevent temperature fluctuations, and reduce flare-ups.
There are different kinds of cooling vests with varying price points and features. Battery or electrical-powered vests, called active cooling vests, can be more expensive but can cool the body longer.

We need to avoid fooling ourselves that she is on the verge of some kind of collapse. It is possible, but I do not see the evidence to support it. The one problematic picture is not sufficient evidence for me.
I just watched the first 10 minutes of her speech at Temple and the Press Conference. I am not sure whether it was pre- or post-. I was looking for signs of weakness or difficulty. I did not see any.
I do think she has serious health issues based on her collapse on 9/11 but those were not evident during her speech nor at the Press Conference which included a fairly firm walk away from the microphone.
The speech to the students appeared pretty coherent and as per usual she certainly promised the attendees plenty of “free stuff”.
The press conference was a complete farce with pre-planned questions designed to create sound bites. It was almost like she was being questioned by her own staff.
There is plenty of work to do, if we are to avoid a return to the corruption of another Clinton WH.

Temple University is not exactly a bastion of conservatism to begin with , plus it is located in an African-American community, and practically no one dropped by even out of curiosity??? She is DONE!!!!

As I said I do think she has serious health issues, but today’s events provide zero additional evidence, save the stair climbing picture.
Staying off the campaign trail may provide some support for a lack of stamina, but it may also be that she is prepping for the debate. I surely hope Trump is.
My main point remains that those opposed to Clinton should not engage in wishful thinking but keep working against her.
