Booze, overeating, sedentary lifestyle, and resulting medical issues, written all over her. Also the guilt and stress of what she's been doing for whom for the last 8 years, have taken their toll.

Also the possibility of recreational drug use and other medically disastrous causes, but those are not certain. The former may as well be hung around her neck with one of Jeff Foxworthy's signs. Let's pray that they will be on election day.

I don’t think she feels any guilt. I think the stress comes from the lies catching up with her and trying to keep them straight.
