You are absolutely correct. In fact, this typical immediate feinted concern about imminent repercussions is just all a part of the war against us. They also expect repercussions because that is EXACTLY what THEY would do had a Christian stabbed Muslims.

This is what I hate about Liberals, Democrats and the media. . .Generally, Americans are the most noble people on earth. Most Americans never even think to blame the group for the acts of the few. . .and yet the media and the Left try to portray Americans as "deplorable" racist only because we are not stupid and are able recognize what is obvious: that Islamic ideology is at the root of these acts of terror.

Yes, we know all Muslims are not terrorist. . .but it IS incumbent upon ALL Muslims to recognize that there is a serious problem within their faith. . and that it is the responsibility of all Muslims to recognize it and attempt to fix it. . .rather than just wringing the hands, saying "it's not us" and then whining about "Islamophobia."

I, as a tolerant conservative of libertarian inclination, have no patience with any pejoratives or malicious acts against any innocents, even up to and including leftist and academics of that bent. NOTE, please, the term INNOCENTS in the above statement! Individuals who are proven non-innocents, will get my full attention!

I travelled from near St. Cloud last week to Michigan, and crossed Lake Michigan on the S. S. Badger Ferry. I was accompanied on the ferry by roughly 50 Amish travelers heading to a wedding. They were all well dressed, laughing, smiling, mixing with non-Amish, and having a grand old time. I had no fear of those "different" from "us" at all. I very much enjoyed having them on the trip.

However, the Minnesota town I left was one of those with the 15% Somali immigrant population from which the St. Cloud stabber was spawned. In town, his fellow Muslims were dour, frowning, secretive, and isolated themselves from "us". I feared them.

It's time to admit that profiling is not only appropriate, it must be required.
