As many as five people were taken into FBI custody Sunday night in connection with Saturday's explosion in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, following a traffic stop on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn, just off the Verrazano–Narrows Bridge, which connects the New York City boroughs of Brooklyn and Staten Island, law enforcement sources tell ABC News.
The FBI's New York field office said a traffic stop had been conducted, but did not elaborate. "We did a traffic stop of a vehicle of interest in the investigation. No one has been charged with any crime. The investigation is continuing," read a tweet

They have security cameras all over New York City. They had a good view of the bombing scene on Saturday night, and they probably had a license plate and vehicle make/model already identified.

Security cameras are quite good these days. They can record in HD if the owner wants. Basically, they can tell when a male last shaved, or if a female is wearing underwear.

It could be, with all the traffic video surveillance, they ID’d a vehicle and, w/same system, find out where vehicle was currently.
Then just send a boy in blue to tail him long enough until he commits some type of minor infraction.

Perhaps we could ship them to Qatar, or Moscow, where they would cough up their compatriots. Since some of this was planned for commute time, will it be labeled work-travel related instead of terror?
