Here's the real irony: Hillary Clinton's campaign staff were raising the issue of Obama's place of birth back in 2008 because their campaign was built on the support of the very same people she calls "deplorable" today -- working class white people from fading industrial areas.

Hillary knew a long time ago.....she and Bill had pics of Obama in Kenya in Muslim dress
as far back as the 2007 primary. Uncle Teddy went balistic, warned them not to use them.

Teddy, Caroline, and Patrick later endorsed the befuddled Obama.

Well, here's a question for debate, then. With the benefit of 8-ish years of hindsight, who was the worse choice in 2008? BO or Hillary?

I think that BO was worse, because he's malevolent. Actively trying to destroy the country. Hillary! is merely power-mad. I don't think that she'd have had the chutzpah to issue the executive orders, to foment the current race war, to try for Obamacare like BO did. Frankly, the situation we're facing now is the worst possible one, as BO had the guts (or was foolish enough) to grab for the brass ring, and Hillary has the political savvy (or blackmail files) to cement his gains in place.

However, at the time of the 2008 primaries, I thought BO was completely unelectable and thus was the better choice. Shows what I know.

Believe me -- we're better off with Obama.

As malevolent as he is, it's also important to note that he's just a jug-eared dope. He does whatever his handlers tell him to do, but at the end of the day he doesn't have the courage to follow through on a lot of things.

If Hillary Clinton was in the White House, she'd effectively be serving right now as the fourth term of George W. Bush -- which means you probably don't have enough fingers on two hands to count the number of countries in the Middle East where the U.S. is engaged in open military conflict.

Donald Trump is the grassroots repudiation of everything the Washington establishment has stood for since Reagan left office, and Hillary Clinton was much more firmly entrenched there than Obama ever could be.

The best part of a Trump victory is that Hillary will live out the rest of her life never having been president. The ultimate indignity. May she live to be 100

"Jug-Eared Dope". A more apt description has never been coined.

I suppose that I thought he'd be worse because ultimately, Hillary is an American citizen, and I'd think that at some point she'd say, "Waitaminute, my grandkids need to live here. Got to leave something for them....."

But, I may be giving her far too much credit.

Like him or not, Trump has already accomplished a number of things that desperately needed to happen. Off the top of my head...

- He's moved the Republican party to the right.

- He's outed the GOP(e) for the democrats that they are.

- He's exposed (to the public) the bias of the mainstream press.

So - regardless of the outcome in November, Mr. Trump has already accomplished a lot. Will be interesting to see how far he goes along.

She is in context with the rest of the Democrat party.

Remember, at their convention in which they nominated Obama for re-election, their delegates loudly rejected God three times.

From that moment, they became “the party of the seven deadly sins”. Not just to personally engage in them, but to hold them as *sacraments*, articles of faith.

Pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, anger, and sloth. This is what being a Democrat means today.

Comparatively, Republicans and conservatives are at their best when they practice the seven virtues.

Prudence, justice, temperance (meaning restraint), courage (or fortitude), faith, hope, and charity (or love).
