A rather stunning discovery has been made by a researcher named Katica who uncovered a July 24th 2014 Reddit thread started by Platte River Network executive Paul Combetta who -at the time- was requesting technical advice on how to strip a “VIP (VERY VIP)” email address from archives stored on a server he has “full access to“.

An independent researcher acting on his own is able to find information proving Clinton's intent and criminal activity that the FBI and the entire Obama DOJ were supposedly unable to find.

Serious question to legal freepers:
What are the prospects for justice being done before the election? Is Congress powerless, given people taking the 5th and refusing requests to testify (Comey)?

I’m sure that Combetta aka stonetear knew that the post/thread was out there and it was only a matter of time before it was found. Let’s hope it cost him many sleepless nights and checks on the back door deadbolt.
It takes a special mixture of arrogance and stupidity to even mention a VERY VIP figure, especially since the goal was the same regardless of the e-mail address involved ie the technical steps were the same. Except there were no technical steps ie what he asked was impossible, as the reddit community indicated. Remarkably, the usually conspiracy-minded reddit community didn’t ask him for hints on the VIP’s name, not that he would have divulged it.
The timeline is important as well. Clinton left office in Feb 2013. Combetta’s post is from 2014, if we can rely the vague ‘2 years ago’ marker on reddit. Obviously, the presidential push was beginning and, in the case of the Clintons, this meant more scrubbing of their records even though they’ve been in the public eye for 30 years and should know such a thing is impossible. By the way, 2-year-long election seasons are ludicrous and annoying, but that’s another thread.
They are as filthy as sewer rats, of course, but the thing they knew was most illegal and dangerous was the slush-funding between State and the Clinton Foundation. In a best-case scenario, they were making foreign donations their own along with selling favors and access. In a worst-case scenario they were looting the US Treasury via State and laundering the proceeds. It goes without saying that the ‘charity’ fig leaf was both tiny and inadequate.
Given Microsoft’s constant stream of patches to all their operating systems, databases and productivity applications, it’s a near certainty that Exchange had flaws that could be exploited at the time - combine this with a public internet connection, inadequate firewall/encryption and some determined and knowledgeable hackers and Clinton/Combetta never stood a chance.
What to do now? Make it part of the record, no matter what FBI/DOJ say. Bring Combetta in again and read his statements aloud and verbatim. Don’t even let him plead the fifth, just let him watch and squirm. If he wishes to interject, that’s up to him and his lawyer. But the information should be aired.

Congress does not have the power to indict, prosecute, try, convict, or punish.
Other than that, it's an ideal venue for this problem.

Combetta will be having much more than a few sleepless nights. He is now a -major- threat to HRC’s political ambitions and even her freedom. If he speaks, they go down. The Clinton machine will be contemplating another wet-work solution and Combetta has to know it. His advisors would do well to make it clear to him that he is in mortal peril. His only safety is in taking them down before they get to him.

While I don’t disagree with you on Combetta or the Clintonistas enforcing omerta as zealously as La Cosa Nostra, his dogged 5th Amendment pleas are the equivalent of fireworks and sirens notifying Camp Hill that he doesn’t want to become a target.
Arrest Combetta, pronto.
