Bad idea; Trump should not have the power to issue decisions without the approval of Congress and he should not continue the Obama setting precedent of issuing orders via executive fiat.

Not gonna happen, unfortunately. He can't executive order that away and congress wouldn't touch it.

I always loved McD’s ... This move just netted them a YUGE lawsuit by abusing the process... TRUMP’s DOJ will be all over this like ketchup on a quarter pounder..
