Lemme tell ya... this should - by all counts - shut down all NYC work for a few days.

If I was there, I wouldn’t be.

So a city that gains millions of people during the work day is going to see a loss here. If NYC is shut down then American commerce grinds. Not to a halt, but it will hurt.
