In reality, I think the polls are being interpreted in a biased way to show Hillary higher than she is.
The left has been attempting to set this election up for voter fraud.
Fortunately, the utter size of Trump rallies and overwhelming enthusiasm of the movement is causing them to reconsider wisely. So Obama is going to start a war with Russia in Syria!

It's interesting that the Dems are not doing anything to pivot from Hillary's health by touting her running-mate, especially since her hopes depend so heavily upon La Raza.The Latino vote is not monolithic; for this reason, I think the influence of La Raza will be limited.
Considering how HRC's AA support is decreasing, I would bet doubts are also creeping into the minds of the Latino electorate.
