I’m one of over 250,000 people in Minnesota who has a permit to carry, and I carry even in shopping malls that have “No Guns Allowed” signs displayed. Screw them. Anyway, I’m betting the citizen who shot the perp was not an “off duty cop” but simply a citizen. The police and the press here loath the idea that armed citizens is the answer.
Keep carrying in the malls. All they can do if they find out is ask you to leave. But they won’t. Because that’s why they call it “concealed” carry.
