This is as racist as it gets. Blacks should not be bound by their color on how they should make decisions on anything. This is the limitation that exists on the Black Plantation. The Black Plantation is not a physical place, it is the mechanism that racist Democrats use to keep Blacks voting Democrat. Obama just illustrated that mechanism in action.
