“Kind of odd for a man to be named Sally.”

Leave him alone! He’s been picked on all his life, like his brother Sue.

"If somebody claims to feel certain speech is unsafe, Kohn said, they should be believed."

One problem with Ms Kohn’s argument is this imo. Anti-constitutional republic university professors are probably indoctrinating students to react to words and terms used by conservatives instead of actually considering what conservatives are saying.

For example, I wouldn’t be surprised FLOTUS was indoctrinated to blindly hate America at Harvard Law School.

Michelle Obama: America is ‘Just Downright Mean’

I wonder how much of Ms Kohn's statement, if any, was a repeat of what she may have heard from an activist professor?

I’m sure old Sal feels perfectly comfortable walking into a bull-dyke bar.

Conservatives should see this as a hint that they shouldn’t wimp out.

It bugs me to see them going, well, snowflakey along with “liberals.” They know what they are looking at, but they should also know what Power to embrace, and have no excuse for wallowing in woe-is-me.

As long as I don’t have to make a favorable comment to someone who expresses an opinion I disagree with, I don’t care what they say-they are entitled to an opinion, so let them rattle on. If they want to try to force me to go along, then I’m afraid it is a very different story...

In my opinion, she is emotionally unstable-anyone who thinks that two homosexuals raising a kid is healthy or normal is f’ed up from the gitgo-her children will likely need psychotherapy before their 18th birthdays...

Harvard being amoral if not immoral, they would make it easier for Michelle to set her moral compass wherever she jolly wanted it to be set.

Kids who end up rebelling against a screwed up upbringing like that sometimes end up being the most amazing witnesses.

I’ve hated and discounted them since 2003 when they put their lips to the ass of Saddam Hussein in order to air from Baghdad and get that exclusive interview while other organizations like Fox accepted banishment in lieu of having to spout Saddam’s propaganda.

I was thinking the same thing. I’d love to see her wander around some of these “poorer neighborhoods” she mentions. She would get a real education on just who is doing the threatening.

Yea, that freedom of speech thing is really troublesome when someone has an opposing point of view.

That is another reason why we must not allow any more stifling of free speech-by anyone, ever...

Well, “we” know that the first amendment doesn’t cover private speech, so it can’t prevent censorship by other authorities, but the last thing we need is federal promotion of speech codes.

They’ve really managed to keep us quiet for the last 8 years, but maybe that’s about to change. I would not feel so completely violated by this government if I had been part of a ‘loyal opposition’, but now we realize that the so-called opposition has been anything but. Now that we have that clarity, things may be able to change.
