The Left cannot be defunded without massive and total deconstruction of the Agencies and total separation of government from education and medicine. The Permanent Government-EPA, DOE, DOE, HUD, FEC, SEC, ET is the left. A congress might reduce their funding-fat chance- but will not kill the monster.
