Exactly, but the ones that overstay their visas are those who either come with a student visa or with visitors visa. Those that come with an immigration visa do not and they receive a green card that identifies them as legal residents
You are right thanks, I did not mean immigration visas. I wish I could quote the number on those who overstay, I know it is significant
