CNN host Chris Cuomo was discussing the Obama birther issue with Bernie Sanders this morning [it’s expected that Trump will make a statement on the matter today.] Sanders mentioned that no one ever asks whether he was born in America despite the fact that his father was born abroad [in Poland.] Ever on the alert for racism, Sanders suggested the reason has to do with the color of his skin [see screencap of Sanders pointing to his skin.]
That’s when Cuomo said something surprising: “you don’t think it was about the fact that the records seemed a little sketchy, that he wouldn’t put them out?” Shocking to see Cuomo say something not aligned with the MSM bandwagon, which of course continues to excoriate Trump for ever having raised the issue.

I have been a professional graphics artist for 20 some years now. I examined the document that was posted on the White House website after Obama's press conference.
The document I examined was an out-and-out fraud. A forgery. A Photoshopped image with multiple layers to put all the right parts into the final document to make it look authentic. But it is not a real document. It is a fabricated one, made up of many layers, like any graphics person could do to create something that wasn't.
The problem was, whoever the amateur graphics person who assembled the forged document, did not know to or just failed to "flatten" the layer images into one layer for when the document was used and released by Obama. This was a fatal error to me. It allowed outside graphics people to dig into the document a find all the layers used to put together the forgery.
After it's release, thousands of graphics professional across the country screamed bloody murder within a short while after Obama's press conference, to say that they had found the same thing. A forged, digitally-created image to make it look like a photocopy of the real certificate in Hawaii. A photocopy it was not.
This doesn't answer the question of whether Obama was born in Hawaii or not. But it does tell me that, in trying to fend off his critics back in 2011, Obama released a document that had been digitally created to make it look authentic when it was not. People who are telling the truth can produce real documents. People who are trying to deceive, create forgeries to try and fool the public and the media.
People can believe what they want but facts don't lie.
Well, given the federal government's corruption, that Hillary was Senator for Bush's terms, and that there is some evidence that the Clinton Foundation's pay for influence was in operation then... RICO charges don't seem all that inappropriate, IIUC.
As for 11-Sep, there are a lot of oddities there, especially w/ WTC-7 which housed the files for the SEC (including the Enron investigation) as well as several other government agencies and several insurance companies. (Building 7's destruction looks like a controlled implosion.) — tie that together with the Pentagon that was damaged exactly where their fraud investigation department was, and this just after the DoD was outed as having an estimated $2.3 Tn in unaccounted transactions, it seems a little convenient.
I'm not saying there absolutely was a conspiracy, but it sure looks like a lot of stuff was swept under the rug during/with 11-Sep.

I believe you are absolutely right — it seems to me like 2008 was specifically designed to undermine the NBC requirement.
The 2012 election was, possibly, put in place to solidify the precedent — IIUC, George Romney (Mitt's dad) wasn't actually a US citizen.* (See Wikipedia, born in Mexico, no mention of naturalization.)
I think, one of the reasons that Cruz was pushed so hard in the primaries was to set up that multiple-people precedent for ignoring the NBC; that way whoever won in Hillary v. Cruz the globalists would have their agenda advanced. (Before Cruz's "ascendency" the "anointed one" was Jeb, fortunately Trump knocked him out of the race quickly.)
* Note that this would have set up precedent for anchor babies to be eligible for the Presidency.
PS - The reason that precedent is so important to these types is because they've infiltrated the Judiciary to such a point that 'precedent' is held superior to the actual Constitution; so, if they control precedents (by their reasoning) they control what is and isn't legitimate.
I have been meaning to tell you that your definition of NBC makes the argument simple. You would never make it as a Lawyer.
This is really all that needs to be known, the Governor could not produce a BC, Obama is a fraud pure and simple.

Citizenship? No. NBC is another matter, else they would not have pulled that Sense of the Senate Resolution cr@p. The senators all know exactly what an NBC is they just don't like it.

My thoughts have always been was that Obama was born in Hawai’i, but the reason we won’t see the original,is because of something embarrassing on it like name of father or Muslim as religion.
It also gives accountability an appearance of the absolution of responsibility: Oh, I was just following precedent.

Absolutely correct — the globalists HATE nationalism, so they want to destroy the obviously nationalistic NBC requirement/concept.
