CHAMPAIGN, Illinois, September 15, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) — A Christian's 14-year career is being threatened because he refused to watch a training video on lesbian, homosexual, bisexual, transgender, and queer "diversity and inclusivity."
In April, the Social Security Administration announced all employees must be trained in LGBTQ "diversity and inclusivity." Longtime information technology employee David Hall, whose Christian convictions do not consider sodomy healthy or normal or good for people, believed that the “training” was against his sincerely held beliefs.
Specifically, Hall, 42, was told by his superiors to view a 17-minute video that includes "tips for increasing cultural awareness in a diverse and inclusive environment."
Hall refused, explaining that the training endorses sinful behavior. "I'm not going to certify sin," he explained to WCIA-TV.
Because he refused to participate in the LGBTQ agenda training, Hall was officially reprimanded and then suspended without pay.
Hall explained that he thought the training was basically homosexual propaganda and said the First Amendment free exercise of religion gave him the constitutional right to not participate in "abomination" training.
He shared that he has gay and lesbian friends, he holds no animosity against anyone, and he does not discriminate against anyone, but diversity "training" in sexual deviance went against his religious beliefs.
Hall realizes that he might lose his job, but he believes Christians should take a loving stand against the gay agenda sweeping the nation.
"This is something I want to fight and expose, to give other Christians the courage of their convictions," he said, adding that several employees feel the same way but are "scared."
"David Hall is a hero," Americans for Truth president Peter LaBarbera told LifeSiteNews. "He is absolutely correct: LGBT 'diversity' sessions and films are NOT truly 'diverse' because they disrespect or ignore faith-based and moral opposition to homosexualism and transsexualism."
"Hall is also correct that this is pure propaganda, designed to legitimize a sin movement," LaBarbera added. "Ironically, people are getting fired and disciplined simply for refusing to bend their faith to appease an Orwellian ideology that purports to be about — get this — 'non-discrimination!’"
"By calling out this forced groupthink, David Hall is helping to educate others — and ultimately standing up for our First Amendment freedoms," LaBarbera concluded. "People like him willing to suffer for liberty's sake keep us all free."

The info is deceptive. I’m almost positive there is more required than just “watching” the video. He’ll probably have to sign a statement saying that he understands and will comply with the message of the video.
Christians can’t opt out. Christians are the reason for the video in the first place.

One of the principles of fascism is to exercise governmental power indirectly, not against the people but against their institutions — churches, businesses, media ... You don’t have to own the sheep if you own the shepherd.
By pressuring businesses with all sorts of legal harassment, and by threatening churches’ tax status, the queer fascists can make them the vehicles for promotion of their deviant agenda.
The same holds true for the so-called Green Revolution, the global warming hoax, islamic advocacy, healthcare socialization, and even tax collection. Get Business to do the dirty work for you.

These sessions are a mix of:
* tolerance now equals endorsement, you have to celebrate their coming out and transition to the opposite sex or you’re bad
* you aren’t allowed to ever contradict the person of the higher victimhood status, and they have the moral right in an argument unless a greater rules is broken
* let’s sit around and have people talk about breaking up marriages as they pursued same sex attraction, no one is allowed to say that is a choice to act upon or the harm to the family
* in the name of fighting unconscious bias, they utter utterly biased statements like “all whites are racist” and “all heterosexuals are homophobic” - try to explain differences in beliefs, that’s a violation of the respect and tolerance policy punishable by HR
* if the HR trainer bashes Christianity, you aren’t allowed to counter it

I had to attend a “mandatory” briefing on repeal of DADT while in the military. We were told to hold all questions until the end. My questions are below:
1. What about the CDC statistics that homosexuals have higher rates of diseases?
2. What about the crime statistics that show homosexual relationships have a higher rate of domestic violence?
3. Since you say you will not discriminate based on sexual preference in the barracks does this mean you will put men and women in the same rooms? He replied with a no so I followed up with “So you will discriminate based on gender but not preference?” He again said no. He could not clarify what the actual policy would be and finally ended by saying the he didn’t write the briefing but was ordered to give it. I told him that I thought whomever wrote it is an idiot.
Pretty sad when nearly half our people think that socialism is an acceptable alternative, that blacks can’t be racists, that homosexuality is normal, that women are the same as men, that muzzies are no different than Christians and on and on and on...
These two sentences are vitally important. It is imperative that We The People actively press this Nation back into conformance with moral principles. Maybe life is too easy.
