I see them as possible cues to people, but not get me out of here glances.I went back and watched and from the first medical question until the end, as she ended a reply she appeared to look to her left to the same location, then her eyes went back to the audience calling on yet another reporter.
Finally, she looked again to her left, and whatever it is that she saw that time, the smile on her face was immediate, and she said "Thank You very much" turned and walked away.
I think the smile gives it away. She was waiting for her signal that she could end it and she looked for that signal every question after the first medical question.
