It is sad to see how black children are led astray by non-caring parents.

I was the first backup officer on a OIS (officer involved shooting) and was approaching the downed suspect, still alive, and still moving a little, watching me, lying on his belly.
Got him handcuffed and rolled him over. He was laying on an exact replica of a USP .45, working slide, detachable magazine, the works.
If he had reached under himself, well...
The officer that shot him was just surprised as me and said he could not tell the difference at all when this guy drew down on him.
Suspect was batchit crazy and didn’t do any time.
