No criminal record because he probably wasn’t in the country very long.
I’d love to know the specifics there, but I doubt we’ll ever get them. I certainly wouldn’t bet against you.
And I ignore “no weapons” entreaties from companies like Uber. What they don’t know won’t hurt them, and makes me (and their driver) safer.
