Prosecute those, and fire the ones in the bureacracies when he takes over as President.
Department of Education? Erase it. Department of Energy? When have they ever accomplished anything useful? Department of Commerce? Give me a break.
I am willing to bet that there are scads of departments that can close, and very few people in the nation will even give a sh*t.
