is disrespectful to all who have served our nation.”

I’m a veteran..

I’ll decide if I’m being disrespected THANKYOUVERYMUCH...

as for the rest of the reasons I can opine on this subject..

Let me list some of my “minority creds”

1. I’m a woman (ignore the fact that there are more women than men in the US. Wez still considered a “minority”)

2.I’m a Pacific Islander. Born in New Zealand in the island group called Polynesia I guess that would make me “a person of color” well trans anyway...

3. I’m an IMMIGRANT. Now there’s a reason y’all err sorry (racist speech) YOU should take me serious. Whoops I’m the REAL thing Hmmmmmmm

4. I once honored a different flag...the flag of a country that is an ally to the US and a country that like the US was colonized but the deplorable white man but still another flag...

5. Betsy Ross was an old woman like me (and with the same colored skin too) She said something about destroying her old gray head but not to touch the flag she made. Well I’m sure if I look real hard I might just find a gray hair or too...

Just a minor historical and literary quibble: The quote you refer to was not from Betsy Ross, but by the heroine of the poem "Barbara Fritchie," by John Greenleaf Whittier.

Carry on.
