Any time you talk to someone about Clinton's health issues, be sure to point out that the pool reporters who travel with her were perfectly aware that she's been sick for a while, yet they allowed people who commented on it to be smeared as whacko conspiracy theorists.

I think this boils down media bias to a nutshell.

Hillary! has a telltale flesh colored mole on top of her lip.

I couldn't tell if the "new and improved Hillary! had one as well.

The author makes an interesting point: when the vast majority of the media make the commitment to spin and obscure, it behooves them to ensure that nobody breaks the circle. Nobody gets blamed if everybody's guilty. That doesn't work if it turns out to be everybody minus one.

One major facet of American electoral politics has already been eviscerated in all of this, and although the credibility of the average media celebrity is now down there with used car salesmen, they're paid better. And they award Pulitzers to themselves.

Because they were scooped by the video...

I'm sorry, but "scooped" implies they were all racing for the story and got beat. I'm not buying it.

The "army of journalists" were on a mission to contain the story, not to break the story.

A private citizen.... and the irony of them being a Hillary supporter.

They will when Obama gives the internet to the UN on Oct And the ceremonial Congress just scratches their a$$es and watches.

Do you really think that will happen?

I hope not...but with a Congress that’s merely ceremonial, I wouldn’t doubt it.

When they can not control the story they move back to their second line of defense, DEMONIZE the opposition.
Or what it used to be called, killing the messenger.
It is effective controlling the main stream media but it does not work in social media where people are more willing to push back.
I believe many in the UNI party will look back at this time and realized they choose wrong.

I agree with you 100%
