March 14, 2015 and refers to an event "a few months back" so that would be late 2014. This actually fills in a big gap (for the worse) in her health history, since it says that mid-way between her well known concussion (end of 2012), the 6-month recovery period which has been discussed by Bill Clinton, and the many recent struggles of the past year, she had at least some period in 2014 where she could "barely climb" the few steps to a podium. This email shows that her health problems are huge and ongoing over years not months, that from 2012 to 2016 she has a series of enormous health problems (or one cluster of inter-related problems from underlying disease), that leading Democraps such as Whitehouse and Leeds know about it, etc.
