Powell is just as arrogant as Clinton. For years and years know one knew if he was Democrat or Replublican. Yet he did quite well. That told me he is a major butt kisser.
Had he let Schwarzkopf go in an take Saddam out, it would have saved so much misery and bloodshed for so many people.
Now, he only comes down from Mt.Olympus to pontificate and lecture. I dont know what he told Hillary, but it was very inspirational when it came to server protocols.
