That isn’t really the issue, since Trump isn’t “their nominee,” but rather someone that the “great unwashed” of our country have thrust upon them.

I can see why the professional GOP class hates Trump - he didn’t need them to win the primaries and he will win the general election without having to line their pockets.
After all, he shown he’s smarter than them and they know they’ll be rendered irrelevant after he’s sworn in and they can’t stand being made fools of.
No wonder they prefer Hillary.
