There is no bright light requiring sunglasses. Look at the line-up in the video - no one else is wearing shades. The physician has her sunglasses on the top of her head.

She is definitely frozen in a seizure while standing at the curb and not passed out. Her head remains rigid and upright even while falling into the van. Also her right arm is bent at an angle and stiff. her right arm never moves either even when it is grabbed. If she was out she would be limp as a rag doll. Other possibilities is it was a mannequin or rigor mortis had set in.

I checked out the video that you posted and my phone isn't large enough to really see what's going on, but the next video that popped up was a doozie- freaked me out with Hitlerly's bizarre head wobble seizures. I literally don't have the stomach to watch that monster, so I've never seen all the incidents brought out by the clips in this video: Irrefutable Proof Hillary has a seizure disorder

I think we now know why she used Bleach Bit to destroy all data on her home-brewed server. She wasn't worried about yoga - she's worried about discussions about her condition(s), along with the Clinton Foundation.

I ran across this video while watching one about her recent episode that is pretty disturbing (mainly because whatever she has makes it look like she's possessed):

Interesting observation. Wonder if they're the seizure prevention glasses as others have alluded to. . or the ones that help double vision?

This photo is a “still” from a video, which shows their hands merely crossed in motion only. The “still” implies a neurological test, when it was not.
