A couple of times I have been so dehydrated I’ve been given fluids interveniously I immediately was energized and felt great
Correct, football players go to locker room all the time for a bag of fluid and come back out like nothing happened on hot game days.
Has anyone mentioned diabetes and a sugar crash? Seen a ton of those up close, they can knock you down, and a spoonful of sugar/oj/honey/ etc.. brings you back in half hour or so.
