Someone on another thread explained that all super wealthy people have their own ICU installed in a room in their 20 room NY apartments. They also have 24/7 top medical staff on standby. This guarantees top care and the ability to avoid all those sick, nasty, deplorable basket people in a hospital.

Even though shots had been fired and people, e.g., Brady, had been hit, Reagan had not been shot yet. I think the bullet was a ricochet off the car door as he was getting in.

Which is why they should have thrown Reagan in the limo like a side of beef (or, in his case, filet mignon). In an emergency, they should not try to make a determination as to the problem but rather get their charge out of danger instantly. Worry about the what once they are rolling.
