I recently took a look at the DNC rules as a pdf file. But it was too distasteful to read as I really don't like those people. So I looked elsewhere. Here's one site I visited. As to its veracity, who knows?

Interesting that there is a legal difference between the rules and the bylaws. Bernie can make a legal claim, but I would expect the DNC to find a way of slipping out of that situation.

Why would Biden be harder to beat. He’s part of the Obama/Clinton cabal. He’s sat by for 8 years while Obama destroyed this country. And he’s an idiot.

He IS an idiot. But for a large part of the public, he is experienced, he has been around for a long time, and he has credibility.

His reckless stupidity really stunned me during two rallies for Hildabeat.
The first one was a joint appearance in his hometown of Scranton, PA., and the second was a surrogate event in Cleveland. On both occasions, he literally pointed to an accompanying agent and declared, in effect, “see, this man with me has the nuclear codes!!!”
Just think what could happen if some lunatic charged the stage and somehow triggered a launch!!!
I’m not sure the Veep actually travels around with the same access to this capability—but that’s what I learned based upon what I read.
