In her book "For Love of Politics" Sally Bedell Smith writes that Hillary in 1974 told Bernard Nussbaum that her husband Bill would someday become President. Nussbaum expressed skepticism at the time but later served as Clinton's White House Counsel.

You can read the excerpt from Smith's book here: http://www.sallybedellsmith.com/clinton-white-house/excerpt.php

Nussbaum's version of that story, whick is more colorful and detailed, can found here: http://www.abajournal.com/magazine/article/bernie_nussbaum

Correction: Bill was merely her boyfriend in 1974 and Nussbaum’s story supports the idea that Bill and Hill made a pact on the presidency while dating at Yale.
