Yes, I agree, but coaches like Carroll tolerate this BS and aren’t strict with their players. I don’t see coaches like Belachik tolerating this or his players dare trying this crap.
Of course, the commissioner could stop these protests immediately by requiring all players and other team personnel to either stand for the anthem of to sit in the locker room during the playing of the anthem, away from press cameras. Any violation would be considered conduct detrimental to the league with significant fines to both players and their teams for first offense, game suspensions without pay for repeat offenders.

I was at the game yesterday. There were all branches of the military as well as police and firefighters that brought out the huge flag that covered the field as well as some standing in the endzones and a color guard in one endzone.
When the military came out with the flag rolled up, the folks in the stands were on their feet cheering and remained cheering for a while (except for a brief moment when the Dolphins came on the field and folks booed - SOP for the opposing team). It was beautiful and the military guy that sang the national anthem did a lovely job.

I can’t post it. I was standing in my living room with my wife watching it on television. The camera scanned over to the sideline and there stood Patriots players on the sideline with their fist in the air while the lady sang the banner.
Well, how bout that. Went out and googled Patriots players with raised fists.

I quit watching baseball decades ago when they did their strikes.
I quit watching NFL recently and I will never watch another game again while they allow anti-American traitors to embrace Hussein Obama's agenda. When enough people join me, the traitors will be taken off the field.
As previous living many years blocks away from Joe Robbin Stadium, in Miami Gardens, I sincerely hope the Finns will have a losing season and their fans will boycotting their games, hitting their wallets !!!
