I went to that link and it showed me data only thru sept 3rd. Is my browser not refreshing? Or is the PPD data really 8 days old?

They had a formatting issue. The latest entry is marked 9/3 but it should be 9/10. You will see that they were thracking through 9/8 and last two entries were 9/2 amd 9/3. Seems to ne a formatting error.
