If she dies or withdraws there is not enough time for a replacement candidate to appear on a ballot. Even a write in campaign would require 78 days to file a declaration to the individual secretary of state. There are also a multitude of FEC regulations concerning campaign funds. So even if she would win 270 electoral votes as a dead person, I mean actually dead, she would not qualify and the next highest vote total would assume the office of presidency.
