My guess is she has congestive heart failure and was on heavy diuretics prior to the forum. For whatever reason they have not been giving them to her or, as often happens, they begin to lose their effectivness.

I’m also kind of thinking she has some kind of anxiety disorder. She had her eyes shaded this time, but usually she does not look directly into a crowd.
