CNN is showing the video.

Hillary's right arm is bent, hand behind her. As she is moved from resting against the bollard toward the van, she does not move her hand or arm, it stays bent in exactly the same position. People always move their hands and arms when starting to walk, unless they are doing some act where they control their arms for some visual/dance purpose. She's out of it while propped on that bollard.

The way she bobbed, I wondered if she was having an episode, but I’m not convinced she was now.

Wolf Blitzer says this is going to fuel the conspiracy theories about Crooked's health. The reporters all agree that Hillary is in good health, and any contention to the contrary is conspiracy. Putting the ball in Team Crooked's court to come out with details to put the incident to rest.

Calling for or suggesting a news conference, and to have her physician join the news conference to comfort the public.
