We’ll see. I don’t see much daylight in the Constitution on who establishes the rules for elections and who certifies it. And when I mean certify, I mean unconditional — There’s no need for it to be perfunctory.

If the executive is seen to interfere with the election to their favor I would expect Congress to step up and not certify the election and pursue the option of the House/Senate duty in electing President/VP.

Much like Roberts sidestepped his duties, congress would sidestep theirs, too, and more poignantly, I’d suspect they want Hitlery to win. They keep their kingdoms, fiefdoms that way.

Good post Rich and as you assert its tough to know whose side whom is on.we already know when the chips are down we don't dare count on Ryan.

Anyone who doesn't particularly want the job and then his first act is to give our commie leader more budget money than was ever dreamed, so much so the left was surprised is totally untrustworthy.
