Here in Raleigh-Durham, they are rehashing a case prosecuted by Mike Nifong of Duke Lacrosse fame. IMHO every thing this SOB touched as a prosecutor from parking tickets on up should be reopened. I am tired of prosecutors around here fighting to keep innocent people locked up because they do not want to admit one of their own screwed up or worse.

Prosecutors, judges, and cops who withhold evidence, phony up cases and so on should receive the same penalty the innocent suspect would have received if found guilty.
