true, I should do that, I kind of assume most people at least read the first sentence of an article before commenting but lots of time they do not.
It's actually confusing to most readers. Sometimes a poster pastes in the comment of another poster, and it takes me a couple times reading their post before I realize they're quoting another poster, then adding a comment of their own.
It's also simple respect for others to frame their remarks with quotation marks. Don't mean to be a stickler, but English matters :-)
