Some of us remember what it was like during Watergate.

For months on end we would hear "Watergate" in the news without even really understanding what was going on. The stories would typically appear on page six or seven, not on the front page.

Then at some point (perhaps a different point for each of us) we would realize that something very serious was going on. Only then would we start searching for Watergate articles in order to catch up on who the players were and what was known about what happened.

The tone of Hillary's email investigation is taking on the same character as Watergate.

In Watergate, the judge who sentenced the burglars could tell there was a hidden conspiracy and he passed severe sentences in order to help break through it.

In emailgate we are just one judge's decision away from making the breakthrough. Over sixty people were convicted in Watergate. We are only getting started here.

There is still a piece missing.
There's no mention as to “why” Combetta deleted the e-mail, knowing about the preservation request.
That answer should be covered under his immunity deal.

Fallon is too quick to say “...thoroughly examined by the F.B.I. prior to its decision to close out this case.”

Uh, maybe I am missing something here, but isn't the purpose of granting immunity to someone is to ensure that they spill their guts testifying against a bigger fish - not to shut them up?...that's what I thought - the person is given immunity from further prosecution even if they did something wrong but testify about it in court in relation to some "bigger fish" - in fact I think they might be open to charges of contempt of court if given immunity they still refuse to testify - probably in Hillary's world all that changes though.....

Yes! When they're after a big fish they always go after the underlings. The underlings having little to do with the big crime have to protect themselves first, NOT fall on their sword.

I wonder about the ones she asked to remove the security headers from. Notice how she always parses her wording that none of the ones that were sent to her had the “headings”.

Well, it doesn’t matter.

1st, it would be illegal to remove the heading and those people who did her bidding would be subject to prosecution.

2nd, removing the heading doe not ake them unclassified, it just takes off the heading. The material remains classified.

Hillary dealt with highly classified material all the time on an unsecured server, and did it over open devices of all types...and did it right within the nations of soe of our most ardent adversaries.

They have everything she left open like that.

Really, what was the point of granting him immunity? Nothing came of it. The same with Pagliano. And, what was the point of grabbing Guccifer out of a Romanian jail to bring him here only to give him essentially the same sentence? Can there be any other conclusion to draw other than they were silencing the people who had direct knowledge of crimes or could sink Clinton politically?

So Nixon could have survived Watergate by ....

1. Deleting (burning) the evidence; and

2. Never appoint a special prosecutor but instead use DOJ to offer immunity to the underlings so they stay loyal.

The election of one individual will not change this as it permeates the entire government from the POTUS to the lowest civil servant.

It is long passed time that government corruption be made a capital offense and be tried as such, in a court or on a drum head.

Mark Levin has said on numerous occasions we are living in a soft tyranny. It's becoming harder every day. We're very close to full on tyranny and I'm sure in the WH and it's environs there are plans underway to make this happen.

The tip of the communist spear is now the election of Hillary Clinton, the most corrupt Fabian socialist to ever be nominated as the democrat presidential nominee. Bill Clinton, Obama and now Hillary Clinton hate America and want to destroy our Sacred Republic. Why this isn't obvious to half of the country is beyond me. All we can do is continue to try and educate the other half that the left only destroys.

Oh wait, there's another option. Our last chance to reverse course is the election of Donald Trump on November 8. Even if he is elected, it's going to take a generation to right the ship of state and there's still no guarantee. Our country is being willfully destroyed by the left.

If Hillary Clinton somehow gets elected, our Sacred Republic is de facto over. If that happens, we have some heavy thinking to do and a serious choice to make. If Hillary wins, on November 9, the course of the country will be set. We will have a very short window to water the tree of liberty. Do Americans have the will to make that choice? We shall see.

I keep thinking What Would the Founders Do? Are we in the same boat they were, same tyranny, different time? Obama and the communists are not a monarchy but a bloated communist centralized Federal government has become just as tyrannical. We have taxation without representation, overwhelming regulations, horrible invasion of privacy, unwanted socialized medicine, IRS abuse, EPA abuse, federalization of the police force, Cloward Piven strategy on steroids, class warfare, a degenerate cultural war, filth from Hollywood, the war against our Judeo-Christian heritage, the embrace of Islam, communist control of our educational system with Common Core, the brainwashing from our college professors, the planned immigration invasion, the terrorism threats, corrupt federal agencies including now the FBI, the constant race card, rewriting our early history and attacking the Founders and Heritage, constant push for gun control, Pravda MSM. . . you could go on and on. None of it is pro-American. None of it is America First.

It certainly IS lawless tyranny! While the entire world looks at the USA and our current government, it's no wonder they think they can walk all over us in any area they choose. Obama's plan to fundamentally transform America will be done by turning it into a second or third-world hellhole.

How badly we NEED a true conservative, prolife and pro-constitution President to stop the further destruction and begin the healing process of our country and restore our God-given rights and respect for the law.

2 Chronicles 7:14 "If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

But as clear and concise as it is, we commonly hear this verse misquoted and misapplied. So first, we must avoid the mistake of misquoting the verse... we must not leave out important aspects of that which God requires... it is not JUST prayer.

There are actually four things mentioned for us to do and we usually only name one or two of them... and then expect God to heal our land. We as God's people need to memorize this verse, internalize it, make it a reality in our own lives and then spread the word!

Some believe it is already too late for America, but tragically many don't even see the dangerous condition our country finds itself in. Make no mistake... the United States is quickly moving head long into tyranny and our political system is so hopelessly corrupt, there seems to be no hope of bringing us back to a Constitutional Republic... but there is always hope

"IF" is perhaps the biggest word in the passage... IF God's people, the church, will do FOUR things.

Look carefully... God requires FOUR things from His people:

1. Humble themselves.
2. Pray.
3. Seek My face.
4. Turn from their wicked ways.

And IF God's people will do these four things, THEN and only then will God do these three things:

1. Hear from Heaven.
2. Forgive their sin.
3. Heal their land.
