Obama has decreased our status in the world even more that I thought if we can’t send money to another (any other) country through non-corrupt mechanisms.
I think checks (money transfers) became common in the 1200’s (1400’s?) but existed long before. And in 2016 the US cannot write a check. I wonder if the “son of a whore” (Philippine for “Obama”) is proud to take us back 800 years.
