A few years ago I was working as a sports photographer for one of the more significant “Seven Sisters” colleges. I was setting up a team picture.
I got corrected when I referred to them as “Ladies.” As in, “Ladies, can I get the seniors sitting in the front row.”
I was told that they were women, not ladies.
I responded, “I did not care what they did on Saturday night; I treated all women as if they are Ladies. Whether they deserve it or not.”
Such PC Bull crap.
However, yelling “Hey Butt Hole” is still acceptable as all 37 recognized genders have at least one.
I had a prof. tell me that After Karina when I refered to the Leadership of N.O. and La. as those guys for failing to properly inform, remove and support the People of the City and for failing to use Federal funds to properly fix the levies for years.
I asked her how we should refer to the losers that were busy filling their Freezers and pockets thru theft and graft, taking care of their own with no work jobs and leaving the citizens stranded? Crooks?
She then tried to blame the country for the failure. I said it was B.S. because these Liberal Leaders claim local control when they are questioned so they should be held accountable. I said, you’ld be the first one railing against Big Government for interfering if they tried to push accountability and standards for the way money gets spent just like you do with Public Ed.
She turned beet red and waddled away. :)
