I watched this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rDTPsnjD-FQ with the sound off and I focused on her left ear. At any point of interest I stepped frame by frame, for example at 3:30. I think it’s just shine. YMMV

The photo I'm referring to is this one. See the two pearls?

Maybe in this photo the ear piece was loose and she pushed it in so the later photos don't show the bumps. It'd be interesting to find out from which part of the video this photo was snagged.
