Unfortunately, their probably telling the truth.
Not all minorities present a threat, but a large proportion of their unemployed, though (ironically) most physically able young people do, and for their own reasons.

True but out of the 200 or 200000 thousand that live off North Ave in Baltimore or Harlem in New York or whatever city/town/hamlet etc is called the ‘hood, if 95% are Mother Teresa or Ghandi reincarnated, it is the 5% that keeps me from walking in most and driving in some areas...
Especially since the majority of the ‘danger zones’ have draconian carry laws, so in order to ‘protect’ oneself, one must become a felon or at the very least a lawbreaker...so best to avoid the area....
