Clinton: I Did Exactly What I Should Have Done With Classified Information

Hillary Clinton said that she did exactly what she should have done with classified information during Wednesday night’s Commander in Chief Forum on MSNBC after being confronted by a veteran who said she “corrupted our national security.”
“So, I did exactly what I should have done and I take it very seriously,” she said. “Always have, always will.”
To prompt this, Lt. John Lester shared his background with the crowd. He said that he also had to handle very sensitive information during his tenure in the military.
He then asked how the American people can trust Clinton when she “clearly corrupted our national security.”
“Secretary Clinton, thank you very much for coming tonight,” he said. “As a naval flight officer, I held a top-secret, sensitive, compartmentalized clearance and that provided me access to materials and information highly sensitive to our war-fighting capabilities. Had I communicated this information not following prescribed protocols, I would have been prosecuted and imprisoned. Secretary Clinton, how can you expect those such as myself, who were and are entrusted with America’s most sensitive information, to have any confidence in your leadership as president when you clearly corrupted our national security?”
Clinton told him that there was no header on the email designating it as sensitive information. She stressed that this was not disputed.
“I communicated about classified material on wholly separate system,” she said. “I took it very seriously.

They spent 2 or 3 minutes on Clinton’s epic national security violations/disasters. And this was a “forum” on the military?
What BS.

She survives on this because most of the public knows nothing about the subject.
She put heavy emphasis on the fact that classified documents have headers which say “TOP SECRET” or “SECRET” or “CONFIDENTIAL” at the top and she stressed that she never sent or received documents with these headers.
1) People on her team were explicitly instructed to strip off the headers before sending.
2) Headers don’t “make” things classified. The headers are a mere convenience.
Example #1:
TOP SECRET
Go to the store and buy milk <— it’s not classified. The header means nothing.
Example #2:
We’re moving our nuclear weapons out of Incirlik tonight. Convoy will head down highway 101. <— lack of a header does NOT mean that this isn’t sensitive info.
The INFORMATION is either sensitive or it is not. The header is pretty much inconsequential. But Hillary is trying to skate by saying, “I didn’t see no headers, so it’s all cool, bro!”

I thought she bumped her head and couldn’t tell the difference.

Whether such officers will have any confidence in her leadership when she becomes C-inC is irrelevant. When she accedes to the sultanate all of those officers and most NCOS with clearance will be gone. Some will quit. Others will wait for the purge.

The first question came from a veteran who asked Hillary Clinton about her reckless handling of classified material.

Hillary lied and said her documents were not marked as classified confidential.
Last night Julian Assange announced that Wikileaks has thousands of cables Hillary Clinton signed with a “c” that designated it as classified confidential.

I really wonder if there is some threshold as to either the number of story-changes or proven lies that immutably drags HRC into the “proven-liar” zone. My guess is, there isn’t. When we have military folks of high rank endorsing her actions, and I am just talking about the grossly careless handling of classified info she handled.....not the charity ripoffs, not the racebaiting....just the classified info that could very plausibly get their soldiers killed. To hear military types endorse her is a shocking display of true sickness.
Strongly avoided in media coverage is the idea that 200+ messages from Benghazi to HRC pleading for more security over and over and over and claiming “our security is crap” on an open server is very plausibly causative in creating the opportunity for the attack there. If the left can say that criticizing Islam creates terrorists, then launching hundreds of email messages that say “we are defenseless” on an insecure platform has that beat by many miles.

Header? Ya mean in large 3” letters? On an electrically submitted document? I noticed there were lots of FOUO in the right side of the documents, a (S) is a give away, in the alphabet T follows S it isn’t (TS), they aren’t combine in the alphabet. If I was employed in Hillary’s office, I could have made millions, its obvious that their handling of classified materials was very callus. You don’t let anyone without a clearance read any document, not even your trusted advisors if they are not cleared for access. If you pass it on, forgetaboutit Ft. Leavenworth has a room reserved for you. We have an Animal Farm Government, and the Pigs are in control.
