Illary has no choice but to have medical staff with her at all times. She is not only on Coumadin, but with her Parkinson’s at an advanced stage she is at a high risk of falling and bleeding to death if she were to suffer another head injury.

I think it’s common. I know for Presidents it’s required. When Bush visited the home of a friend of mine in 2008 to campaign for McLame, there was an ambulance outside the house with a full team.

Correct, there is always an ambulance (medical vehicle) and WH doctor in the President's motorcade. The question is whether it is included in a candidate's motorcade. Does Trump have an ambulance in his motorcade? It would be a good measure of whether this is USSS policy or not.
If you look at you tubes of Trumps motorcade there’s one in it too.
An ambulance is pretty standard in motorcades for prominent Secret Service protectees.Obama has one where ever heard goes.I’d be surprised if Trump didn’t too.
