Russia Undermining International Order, Says U.S. Defense Secretary Ash Carter
The Wall Street Jurnal ^ | September 7, 2016 | Paul Sonne

Posted on 09/07/2016 7:09:56 AM PDT by Navy Patriot

U.S. Secretary of Defense Ash Carter accused Russia of undermining the international order and said Washington wouldn’t ignore “efforts to interfere with our democratic processes.”

Mr. Carter didn’t directly address accusations of Russian-sponsored hacking of U.S. political institutions, including the Democratic National Committee. But his comments came as an oblique warning to the Kremlin on the matter, as he called out Russia on what he described as its attempts to undermine the international order.

“We don’t seek an enemy in Russia,” Mr. Carter said in a speech to students at the University of Oxford in the U.K. “But make no mistake: We will defend our allies, the principled international order, and the positive future it affords all of us. We will counter attempts to undermine our collective security. And we will not ignore attempts to interfere with our democratic processes.”

"Mr. Carter didn’t directly address accusations of Russian-sponsored hacking of U.S. political institutions, including the Democratic National Committee."

Russian hacking of US Gov. computers is nothing more than
another type of spying practice. If the US Gov. is so concerned
about Russian spying/hacking then the US Gov. should
round up 70% of the Russian Embassy staff in Washington
and most of Russian staff in UN and eject them
from the country.

I'm tired of hearing the whine from Obama's minions about
the evil Russians hacking US Gov. computers.
The Obama Administration & Republican Congress has had
7.5 years to secure US Gov. computer systems. Instead
it appears they would rather spend trillions of dollars
on Obama phones and welfare for fat inner city
cows drop more babies. Anyway, I think Obama/Hillary
gave the Russians the keys to US Gov. databases. Yeah ...

We have China and Iran and Mexico openly, physically challenging us in various ways, and they are on this Russia kick. It is odd, but obvious they are doing this to tie in Trump and the DNC etc. They do not care about protecting the US, just winning elections.

You phony jackass, so-called “Navy Patriot”. Your boy KGB/FSB Putin couldn’t hope for a better friend in the WH than Soros-supported Barrack Hussein Obama. BO (willingly) gave away the store to him on missile defense and nukes. Now your comrade apparently no longer needs the American-hating idiot.

Here's more of what your pals in Russia have been up to, so-called "Navy Patriot"...

How Russia arms America's southern neighbors

Ioan Grillo
May 9, 2014

RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil -- Russia's push into Ukraine has put many on edge. But less known is that Russia is also strengthening its military links south of the Rio Grande and re-establishing itself as a power in the region.

Vladimir Putin has been strengthening military links here, and Russia is now the largest arms dealer to governments in Latin America, surpassing the United States.

Russia has even floated the possibility of building new military bases in Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua, and putting its warships permanently in the Caribbean.

In the midst of the Ukraine crisis, Russia's top diplomat Sergei Lavrov recently visited Cuba, Peru, Chile, and Nicaragua, where he announced that Russia would also pour money into the new Central American canal project. ..."

Russia Boosts Arms, Training for Leftist Latin Militaries

Moscow defense minister inks deals with Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua for joint exercises

BY: Bill Gertz
February 20, 2015

Russia agreed to provide military training for three leftist regimes in Latin America and increase military visits and exercises following a visit last week to the region by Moscow's Defense Minister Sergei Shoygu, Pentagon officials said.

Shoygu met with defense and military leaders in Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua and signed several agreements on warship visits and military training during the visit, which ran from Feb. 11 to 14. It is not clear whether any new arms deals were completed during the visit.

Defense officials said the Russian leader is seeking bases in the region for strategic bomber flights that Shoygu recently promised would include flights over the Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean.

If the Russians really are the boogeyman, why did the democrat administration and its appointment of democrat friendly agency heads not go above and beyond to keep them from infiltrating our processes? They've either been asleep at the wheel or deliberately left everything wide open.

“It is just the Dems yelling wolf (Russia) to justify taking over the election system rather than it being run by the states per the Constitution.”

The Dems boogie man will come in handy to ‘justify’ many of their illegal plans.

Good question, but every legit conservative has serious concerns over Russia as well. The BO administration couldn't have been kinder to the Russians earlier on when they appeased them on missile defense and nukes, including the Obama-Putin Iran nuke deal.

Actively cooperating with Lenin, Stalin and Khrushchev's Soviet State funded and supported infiltration of Communism into America's leftist political class and Government Service.

In short, everything Joe McCarthy warned us of was true.

"In the footage, Putin, 53, is shown walking up to a small crowd of tourists in a Kremlin courtyard and crouching down in front of the boy, who appears to be five or six years old. As the Russian president talks with Nikita for several seconds, he tugs at the boy's shirt before finally lifting it up and kissing him on his bare stomach.

"He seemed to me very independent, very serious, but at the same time a boy is always vulnerable. He was very sweet. I'll be honest: I felt an urge to squeeze him like a kitten, and that led to the gesture that I made. There was nothing behind it really," Putin said, smiling.

Translation: The Russians are interfering in our elections and helping Trump to win. The next installment of the Assange leaks will be attributed to the Russians in an effort to discredit them.
