New students at Pomona College were welcomed to campus with posters in their dorms giving instructions on “How to be a (Better) White Ally” and stating that all white people are racist.
The signs state white people should “acknowledge your privilege” and “apologize if you’ve offended someone,” adding that offensive language includes words like “sassy” and “riot,” which are “racially coded.”

“Everyone is problematic and even the most educated and well-intentioned people will screw up,” the poster states.
The sign then gives three steps for white allies to follow:
“1. Be prepared to make mistakes.
2. Listen and apologize.
3. Make sure to change.”
“Remember, just because POC [person of color] #1 isn’t offended by something, does not mean that POC #2 will not be offended by it either,” it says.
The poster goes on to states that “social justice is about BOTH elevating oppressed groups and simultaneously unpacking the privilege of dominant groups. These aspects are equally as important!”
Additionally, the sign claims that all white people are racist.
“Understand that you are white, so it is inevitable that you have unconsciously learned racism,” it asserts. “Your unearned advantage must be acknowledged and your racism unlearned.”
Further, the poster claims that white people should “just listen!” rather than explaining their own perspective.
“Comparing a POC’s situation with some experience of your own is not helpful. You do not & can not understand our oppression!” The guide recommends that white people should “listen to a diverse selection of marginalized voices” and notes that “POC will always understand racism in a way that you cannot—you need to listen to them!”
Pomona College had several events last year that white students were not allowed to attend, yet the school’s website states that “Pomona College seeks to maintain an environment of mutual respect among all members of its community” and that discrimination on the basis of race “destroy[s] the foundation for such respect and violate[s] the sense of community vital to the College’s education enterprise.”
If “riot” is racially coded, then they’ve just confirmed even SJWS think blacks riot much more than whites.

I didn't go to college all THAT long ago, and can't imagine any (or many) of the people I went to school with going along with this. 1/2 would have said "Whatever" and ignored it. 1/2 would have been in the KMA camp with me.
The sad thing is that people don't even need to stand up and fight back. If they just ignore these idiots, without an audience they'll eventually dry up and blow away.
Case in point. I was in college during the 1st Gulf War. There was a "protest". Couple of people yelling, one guy beating a drum, few others milling around looking bored.
There were more news cameras there than "protesters". When the cameras packed it in, so did the protesters. I'm dead certain that if the news hadn't shown up, it would just have been another day at college.
As a previous poster stated, "I don't care about your little cause" is a fairly potent weapon.

Yet these people get away with making a sweeping generalization about whites, "all whites are racist." Really? How is that generalization itself not racist? Any lib lurkers out there want to put on their big-boy pants and try to explain that to me? Because I really don't see it. To me, all three statements in quotes are equally racist and offensive. In the name of fairness, they are inverting the perceived social pyramid in the 1950s and before, so white men who were at the top then must be at the bottom today. The fact that they are punishing the innocent for the sins of the guilty is irrelevant if you believe in collective identities. That’s why it is called “white privilege”. Poor whites are seen as having advantages that minorities don’t, which is how a poor white kid from a trailer park can be demonized and considered “privilege” and denied opportunity relative to the recent African immigrant or child of a black doctor.
Liberals are reverting to the old tribal morality of circles, the inner circle/highest group being the best and most moral and given the greatest support, like men of the tribe historically, women and children of the tribe second, slaves /allies of the tribe next, and everyone else had no obligation or minimal obligations.
The so called victimhood hierarchy creates this similar system, women inner circle relative to men, sexual minorities considered more virtuous and right compared to normal people, the darker your skin the greater your privilege. When someone is offended or upset, it is like the caste system of India or Islamic dhimmitude, where is everyone’s place, that is who is right unless there is a more powerful rule being broken. For example, the Muslim man is right unless he’s telling his wife to break Islamic rules, at which point, Islam wins over his status.
Social justice warriors see it as moral to accord each group a status / identity with a level of morality, and whites who obey the system are the outermost “inside” circle while those who don’t follow the rules and grovel as the new untouchables are outside the circle, without any rights or respect at all.
This world view also destroys personal freedoms. The tribes of old had their gods, like Yaweh was the god of the Israelites. If you are a black person, your membership in the tribe depends on adhering to the official list of views. Be conservative, Republican, you are an apostate, evil, to be disassociated at best and attacked at worse. That’s why Clarence Thomas, a Supreme court judge, Thomas Sowell, Ivy League economist, and other conservative blacks can be savaged.
It is akin to how conservative women are attacked for not really being women, because they’ve betrayed feminism. When the tribe has an official list of beliefs and you violate those religious tenets, you’re worse than an unbeliever. Pro-life blacks, Hispanics who oppose LBGTA and other groups are silenced, too, though they aren’t treated as badly because they have higher moral standing than the white pro-life Christian everyone agrees can be assaulted.
It is the combination of church and state, tribal membership/belief system. It denies individuals freedom of belief and action, but it holds the tribe together better. And when you want power, it is an attractive combination and lazy way to manage people. Immoral, too, if you believe the most important minority is the individual.
What about black privilege? Getting away with criminal behavior? Being rewarded by the federal government with tax dollars for not working? Getting jobs you’re not qualified for? All because of being black. Sounds like privilege to me.

Do a History search on Slave owners in America Spanish Colonies, French Colonies on Native Americans, on Mexican Slave owners, oh what a shock you will get. If you use the newly gained knowledge in responding to THE GANG, be prepared for insults and maybe even, a little violence from the GANG.
