The “productive” part sounded like she was about to go on and there was so much she knew she had to get rid of it by spitting it out. What’s so gross is that if you look at other videos showing the next minute or two, as others here have posted - she then takes a couple of sips from what appears to be the same glass. At least once she took a second look before deciding she really needed to at least sip the water. Disgusting.

A lot of people are thinking cancer, but I wonder if she has a swallowing disorder and keeps inhaling her saliva. It could be.the residual.effects of a stroke or head injury.
