I think the Clintons are used for the money laundering and as a tool of the Powers That Be. Soros is obviously one but he is the public face of it because the world already thinks he is evil

Yes. Long ago, I read that Hillary said that every morning she had to go meet with Kissinger to know what to do that day. That was in the pre-Obama era.
