I actually think she does have CHF. The lower extremity edema (cankles), the coughing, she seems to have put on quite a few pounds lately which is probably fluid retention. I actually think she has multiple health problems and that is just one of them.
PVD will also cause lower extremity edema and would explain her multiple DVT’s and throwing clots that could have caused these strokes. Hell she could have blood clots in her lungs now that’s causing her to cough. That would explain her taking warfarin.
Her drinking water and still coughing could also mean she is aspirating the water, which would point to neurological/the Parkinson’s rumor.
Not to be ugly but she seems to be a train wreck.
I suspect that the Clinton campaign will now pull out all the stops to try and goad Trump into not showing up, or maybe Bill will have a “health crisis” which requires that the debate be cancelled.

Knowing Trump, he will behave like a true gentleman if Clinton has a coughing fit during the debates.
I am reminded of the time Carson missed his cue and waited awkwardly at the stage entrance while the other candidates brushed rudely past him. Some even rolled their eyes, sneered or made other childish gestures as they passed, as if to say, “what’s your problem, loser”.
Only Trump stopped and waited, gave him a kindly look, placed a hand gently on his shoulder and then encouraged him go ahead of him onto the stage. It was one of the first things that won me over as a diehard Trump supporter.
If anyone had not seen this, it’s well worth a minute of your time. Quite revealing really.
If someone gives Trump crap, he hits back twice as hard, but unprovoked, he is kind by nature and does not need anything “...beat into his head”.

All these coughing fits remind me of the part in Devil’s Advocate where a lawyer is arguing a case and literally starts coughing/choking per some spell put on him and the judge just shuts down the case in disgust.
Interesting you mention that movie. I have not seen it for a long time, but it has been on my mind lately because in that movie, the first case shown is one in which the lawyer, Kevin, successfully defends a teacher accused of molesting a child...Of course teacher was guilty...

I don’t think she can last 15-20 minutes without a coughing spell(s).
I think this is another reason why she is fading in the polls, people are seeing this and wondering, what’s wrong? Also, many people know of someone (family member, relative, friend, etc.) that has Parkinson’s and can clearly see the symptoms.
